Luisa advises and represents clients on franchise matters primarily by drafting and negotiating franchise agreements and by negotiating and resolving franchise-related disputes. As warranted, she also litigates such disputes before German courts and arbitral panels.

Additionally, Luisa advises both German and non-German clients on M&A transactions. In this context, she accompanies the entire process of the transaction – from the preparatory phase to legal due diligence to drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement through closing. She also assists and advises on any subsequent post-closing integration.

Luisa has been a German Attorney at Law since 2020 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since 2021. She studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. After completing her first state law examination in 2017, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Corporate/M&A department of a large law firm. She eventually began her legal career as an Attorney at this same firm in  2020, after having completed her post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) at the Regional Court District of Frankfurt. Luisa also had a stint in the Corporate M&A department of a British law firm in London during her post-graduate legal training period.
