Jennifer is a German Attorney at Law practicing intellectual property and general civil law. She represents both German and foreign companies before German courts, in particular with regard to trademark, copyright, and competition law issues. She also advises companies on protecting and defending trade secrets.

Jennifer has been a German Attorney at Law since 2020 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR in the IP Litigation Team since 2021. Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR, she worked for the American law firm WILMER CUTLER PICKERING HALE AND DORR LLP. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and is also being trained as a Mediator.

Jennifer studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She also completed training in “Journalism and Law” at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany under the tutelage of Prof. Hoeren. During her post-graduate legal training (Referendariat) at the Regional Court District of Frankfurt am Main, she worked for Germany’s Capital Markets Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce in Cairo, Egypt, and the Anti-Fraud Office of the European Commission in Brussels.
