Hans-Peter advises clients on all types of M&A asset or share deals. He often leads the contract negotiations. Drafting or reviewing contracts is an important aspect of his advisory work in corporate transactions. Since tax issues play a significant role in corporate transactions, his knowledge of corporate tax is integral to his practice.

In addition to advising on corporate transactions, Hans-Peter also provides ongoing advice on corporate law issues, including advising on corporate transformation.

Hans-Peter is, simultaneous to his attorney activities, one of the Managing Directors of Pfaff Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, a tax consulting firm to corporations and a subsidiary of SCHIEDERMAIR.

Hans-Peter has been a German Attorney at Law since 1983 and a Certified Tax Law Specialist since 1986. He joined SCHIEDERMAIR as a Partner in 2005.  Since 2008, he has also been Managing Director of Pfaff Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of SCHIEDERMAIR.

Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR, Hans-Peter was a Partner with an international law firm.

Hans-Peter studied Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt, in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and at Kings College in London.
