Dominik is a German Attorney at Law. He litigates on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants before German civil courts. His focus is on commercial litigation. As part of his litigation practice, Dominik gathers and analyzes facts and provides comprehensive support to his clients when handling legal disputes.  He follows through by ensuring an enforcement of any damage award.  His practice also includes advising on commercial and corporate matters (in particular, on contracts for work and services and on the supply of goods and services) and relevant related areas. Finally, Dominik advises German and non-German clients on franchise law matters.

Dominik also provides corporate housekeeping services and “external legal department services” for several clients.  Included as part of this service is advising managing directors on liability issues. He also supports corporate clients on preparing for corporate transactions, including legal due diligence and post-merger integration.

Dominik has been admitted to the German Bar since 2019 and has been an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since September, 2019.

Dominik completed his post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) at the District Court of Frankfurt am Main from 2017 to 2019, during which he gained practical experience in one of Germany’s larger law firms in the real estate sector and in one of the world’s leading sports marketing and sponsoring companies. While there he supported the legal department, in particular in compliance and contract drafting matters.

Dominik studied law at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe-University, Frankfurt am Main from 2010 to 2016.  He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
