Christian is admitted to the German Bar and the French Bar. For more than 20 years, Christian has been representing businesses and private individuals in disputes before German courts and arbitration panels. The focus of his practice is on business disputes.

Christian has been a German Attorney at Law since 1998 and Partner at SCHIEDERMAIR since 2003. He is one of the firms founding members. Christian worked at OPPENHOFF & RÄDLER (today LINKLATERS LLP) from 1998 to 2001.  In 2000 he was seconded to the Paris office of the Swedish firm of LAGERLÖFF & LEMAN.

Christian completed a formal training program as an Industrial Manager at Siemens AG in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich. Subsequently, he studied law in Frankfurt and Paris.  In Paris he obtained the French law diploma “Licence” and “Maîtrise”. He completed his post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) primarily in Frankfurt, but also in Paris and London.

From 2000 to 2021, Christian Scholz was admitted to the Paris Bar as an Avocat; after giving up his admission in 2021, he was awarded the title of Honorary Avocat.
