An essential part of Annett’s practice is to provide ongoing and specific tax advice to affiliated companies, including on corporate group tax law matters (tax group taxation). She also advises on corporate transactions (whether asset or share deals) for buyers or sellers, on corporate restructurings under Germany’s Transformation Act, and on foreign tax law issues. Annett also supports her clients during tax audits and represents them before tax courts and during out-of-court negotiations.
Due to her many years of advising mid-sized family businesses and private clients, Annett has extensive experience in providing ongoing income tax support services and international tax planning services, including relocation and relocation planning for private individuals as well as succession planning within the context of anticipated succession. This part of her practice includes advising and providing ongoing support to non-profit foundations.
Annett is also a Managing Director of PFAFF Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, a tax consulting firm to corporations and individuals, and a subsidiary of SCHIEDERMAIR. Annett advises all types of companies as well as private clients on tax issues and tax compliance. She also provides advice on the principles for proper bookkeeping in electronic form and for data access in connection with the digitalization of financial accounting processes.
