Alexandra advises on capital markets law, M&A and venture capital transactions as well as serving as a litigator. She also advises on structuring and placing bonds, either as public offerings or as private placements.

She additionally advises private equity firms and strategic investors on acquiring companies and investors and founders on venture capital transactions.

Alexandra represents and litigates on behalf of both German and non-German companies in commercial matters both in court and out of court.

Alexandra has been a German Attorney at Law since 2022 and an Associate at SCHIEDERMAIR since March, 2022.

Alexandra studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) in the Higher Regional Court District of Frankfurt am Main. Before, and during, her legal training period she worked also as a Research Assistant in the field of capital markets law.
