Alexander handles cases as both plaintiff and defendant in regular courts as well as national and international arbitration tribunals. The cases primarily involve shareholder disputes and resolutions. Within the scope of his litigation mandates, Alexander collaborates with interdisciplinary forensic experts, such as auditors, private investigators, etc., as needed, and develops effective litigation strategies. Subsequently, he efficiently enforces and upholds the rights of his clients. His expertise includes complementary measures such as reputation management, litigation PR, etc.

Furthermore, Alexander advises companies, their executives, and shareholders, for example, during shareholder meetings, in (potential) disputes over defects in resolutions, during exits and settlements among each other, in enforcing shareholder rights, as well as liability and statute-related matters.

Alexander provides ongoing corporate legal support (“Corporate Housekeeping,” “external legal department”) for numerous domestic and international clients, as well as continuous guidance for managing directors in management and liability issues. He accompanies corporate mandates from the preparation phase of corporate transactions through legal due diligence to post-merger integration. He possesses specialized expertise in matters of company valuation.

Alexander’s advisory spectrum covers all areas of commercial and company law as well as relevant adjacent fields of business law (e.g., labor and insolvency law). His extensive litigation experience and profound knowledge of markets and customs enable him, as a litigator, to engage in proactive and efficient contract drafting to a significant extent.
