Practice Summary

Nastassja Tramer’s specialty lies in individual employment law as well as collective bargaining agreement matters. She also focuses her labor and employment practice on matters governed by Germany’s Labor-Management Act, Termination Protection Act, and the Social Insurance Act. She also advises in the area of the transfer of temporary employees. Her practice additionally includes advising on data privacy matters.

Education and Career

Nastassja has been a German Attorney at Law since 2008. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Practice and became Counsel in 2019. Prior to joining SCHIEDERMAIR in 2018, she was in-house counsel for labor and employment law at HUK-COBURG-ASSISTANCE GMBH in Frankfurt. She began her career as an attorney at law in 2008 at commercial law firms in Frankfurt and Wiesbaden, Germany. She also had her own firm as a labor and employment law attorney. From 2009 through 2012 she served as in-house counsel for labor and employment law at GdF e.V.

Nastassja completed her post-graduate legal training period (Referendariat) in Darmstadt and Frankfurt from 2006 to 2008. She studied law at the University of Kiel and the University of Göttingen from 2000 to 2005.
